Hi Kelly do you have bogwood in your African tanks ? If so does it not lower your ph and soften your water ?

There's 3 pieces in that tank, honestly haven't noticed a difference yet, but he'll be moving setting up another 8 tanks at the minute

Lovely, well fed looking plec. Re: bogwood I think you would need an awful lot to lower PH.
