put a wee bristlenose in my tank today is 1 enough for a rio 240 or would i need more than one

Depend on the tank. What I mean is if your tank does not get much sun or algae growth then yea.it will be fine.

how many would you suggest kelly yes they will be for cleaning the tank would they need a few pellets every now and then i used to have a big pleco that i fed a few pellets 2 every now and then

Depends on the size of them I'd throw 4 or 5 small ones in see how they go, they like veg every now and again. They'll eat what your feeding the Malawis anyway, I used to throw some algae wafers in as well

+1 it wouldnt hurt to add a couple more for yourself
