they are 1 stunning fish, mine at 10" has a real cool attitude but can certainly prove he's king of his waters when its needed thumbs up

came home lunchtime, went into fish house ,2000 gallons of milky water,the rtc that ate the cichlid had thrown it up,milky water ,oily surface ,turned the constant drip water change up quite a bit ,this evening its gettin back to near normal,the rtc looks happier now aswell,it must have been over the size of a footbell yesterday,thought it might burst.

Sounds like a full time job looking after that big fellow , he's been given you alot of grief lately by eating your cichlids . Probably part of the attraction the unpredictabilty of big red tailed catfish mmmm
