Re: Unusual clownfish
there were a pair of snowflakes sold in seahorse couple of months ago, a nice fish so it'll be interesting to hear how the buyer gets on with them.
their not an easy fry to raise because of their requirements.

Thanks for posting that up Paul really enjoyed that. Never knew there was so many varieties. Some of the captive breed clowns were class looking. Your man is on a wee gold mine with all them fry. Loved the clown ball aswell

Lovely videos I would have thought you covered them all; you didnt mention the prices of some of them variants Paul?
I once let an absolute bargain slip thru my hands- semi premium picasso clownfish at 150 per pair...I was put off by the term 'semi'; they are worth 300 easily...I later found out
On another note my true perculas has been spawning non stop lately; must set up a tank for them on their own to see the baby nemos

I know geoff. Im still not sure as to weather i want a FOWLER system (fish only with live rock) or just a coral tank. Its tough to decide because i know first hand how tricky it get when you mix the 2 together. Cant wait for the Christmas to be over now , dieing to get started

Re: Unusual clownfish
I would go for the latter Paul; coral more rewarding and easier to sell on plus more satisfaction PLUS can always just have the one pair mandarins in there
