They are synodontis , second name begins with G cant remember right now but as soon as I do I will let you know

I think they are synodontis granulosa are they in a local pet shop ?

I agree with bigcatman - there's a few quids worth there as they are usually at least £80 each at that size.

I got 6 of these after I will put up a better photo
It's very hard to say what they are they have white whiskers
But still don't quite look like the real thing

Dont think theyre granulosa as they have a spotted tail - hybrids maybe

Think they're usually sold as salt n pepper synos.
Hybrids but nice looking ones.

There are lots of hybrid synos being bred in the Czech Republic and of course they come up with pretty names to sell them under.
They are nice looking fish but you'll never find out their true lineage as its probably a closely guarded secret. They'll have the same care requirements as any other synos

Defo Hybrids as they don't have a uniformed pattern and colour . Sorry for my initial ID .Didn't see markings on the tails .Nice fish though

I hope when they get older they don't loose there colour the white around the tail and fins look great
