One could possibly keep these in a nano setup with no corals and it would be great to look at Only it would cost you a fortune feeding it stars all the time. Iv heard of people buying sand sifting stars and cutting a leg off them and feeding it to them, wait a while for the star to grow it back and repeat the process

Aye far from ideal, the sexy shrimp would be better suited. Harlequins are best suited for larger reefs with asterina stars outbreaks. Eventually they clear these little guys out and usually perish away unless passed on
