Flip what are the odds of them being all females lol. You probably find the supplier of these guys keep less males on the market so people wont breed them. I can remember trying to get my hands on an male adult ancistrus , every one i came across was not for sale. Got the impression that the aquatic stores didnt want to sell them as they didnt want you to breed them as its taking away business. Im not sure, just a bit sceptical.

There would have been no way to sex these the size they came here at. I have heard of lfs just bringing males in in loads of species to stop you breeding them, you can understand it from a business point of view

Thats true kelly never thought of that, I dont blame them myself for doing that but its just a pain if your looking for a breeding pair :) i guess thats why a lot of us are on these forums :)
