Decided to go into the pleco tank today and give it a deep clean to my surprise my wild l102 was on a batch of eggs have them tumbling now as dozy me upset him

To many water changes laugh

day 2 in the tumbler fingers crossed they hatch, they are still looking nice and yellow so all good so far check again tomorrow

got 5 x f1's but only 18 months old to young to breed, the smugglers may get back to work till I get my fish yellow

Breeding season is thought to be around July to September in the wild.

A high flow rate, as the Zebras are used to a high current in the wild, I have them in a 2x1x1 with sponge filter and fluval 3 you need the tank well oxygenated due to the high temps they are keep at

Day 3 eggs where looking a bit fluffy this morning best way to describe it, I'm reckoning fungus so had to start bursting the fluffy ones and rinsing the rest, not sure if I'll have any success with this batch but new it wouldn't be easy to hatch and rear them
